Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule incoming shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation. Oversee the efficient unloading and organization of items from incoming shipments onto designated racks and storage areas. Verify quantities of items received, create inspection / receiving voucher, and send the reports to logistics for further processing and posting in Navision. Accurately recording item locations and quantities and updating data in Navision. Regularly update the bin locations in Navision to ensure accurate inventory tracking and facilitate efficient item retrieval. Optimize storage space by rearranging items, creating space for upcoming shipments, and maintaining a systematic layout. Coordinate with the purchase team & Logistics team for Items description or dimension amendment in Navision and PL Amendment also. Upon the arrival of goods, we conduct a sampling inspection where two pieces from each received item are thoroughly checked for defects. This initial check helps us identify any immediate issues with the shipment. A Quality Control (QC) report is prepared for each shipment, detailing inspection results, including photographs and written descriptions. Any identified issues are promptly reported to the Purchase Team for necessary actions. We work closely with the Purchase Team to address quality-related concerns with suppliers. Maintain and inspect handling equipment, ensuring they are in proper working Condition, and coordinate with the supplier for repairs or replacements as needed. Prepare for incoming shipments by organizing storage areas and ensure sufficient space Availability, collaborate with logistics and purchase teams for smooth inventory Transitions. Conduct regular inspections to ensure items are stored securely, minimizing the risk of damage or loss. Joinery repaired items properly, do the binning and send the TR for posting. Also, we do the binning from the damage section, Showrooms return Items, and Mega mall display items. Also, we involved other sections in item rearrangement and making space for them, storing the items as scheduled. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow processes, enhance overall Warehouse efficiency, and ensure timely finish his work. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements to optimize warehouse operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma preferred. 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervising employees. Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policy. Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities. Ability to work with all levels of company staff. Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
