Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team as Sales Officers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start a career in sales and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Customer Acquisition

: Identify new potential clients and customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.

Sales Support

: Assist the sales team in meeting sales targets by providing required support and information to clients.

Product Knowledge

: Understand and be able to explain the company's products/services to potential clients in a clear and engaging manner.

Customer Interaction

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.

Sales Presentations

: Conduct product presentations and demos to clients, either in person or virtually.

Market Research

: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the sales team to improve performance.

Achieve Sales Targets

: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of sales leads, meetings, and progress on CRM tools.

Key Skills Required

:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach. Basic understanding of sales processes. Strong time management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

:

Minimum:

Any Graduate

(BBA, MBA, or similar degrees preferred but not mandatory). Freshers or candidates with minimal experience are welcome to apply.

Additional Requirements

:

Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Positive attitude and team player.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
