Job Description

The Relationship Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the bank's financial products and services to individuals and businesses. The role involves meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Actively promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, and other financial services. Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to clients. Assist customers in filling out application forms and gathering required documents. Provide after-sales service and resolve any client concerns or queries.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Knowledge of banking products and local market trends is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
