Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare material submittals and daily work progress reports
Review project specifications and scope of work
Develop shop drawings and perform HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting calculations for villas, offices, retail shops, and F&B outlets
Monitor work quality and manage subcontractors on site
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and relevant UAE authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense)
Position 2: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Key Responsibilities:
