Job Summary:
The Site Engineer is responsible for day-to-day management of construction activities, supervision of labor, ensuring design specifications are followed, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute site works as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control and safety compliance.
Prepare daily reports, inspection requests, and material approvals.
Resolve technical issues and liaise with consultants/clients as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (as applicable).
5-8 years of UAE site experience in relevant construction fields.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Familiarity with site safety, QA/QC procedures, and construction documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
UAE driving license and site-based experience.
Knowledge of local authority approvals (DM, ADM, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10.00 - AED20.00 per month
