We are hiring an experienced and responsible FM Supervisor to manage and oversee our team of cleaning and housekeeping staff across client sites. The ideal candidate will be skilled in staff supervision, scheduling, client coordination, and quality control of cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage cleaning and housekeeping staff at various client locations
Prepare and monitor staff duty schedules and attendance
Ensure staff follow cleaning standards, safety protocols, and site-specific instructions
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain service quality
Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and clients
Handle staff performance, grievances, and disciplinary matters as required
Provide on-site training to new staff members
Maintain daily/weekly reports and update management as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning/facility management industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage staff across multiple sites
Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (for reporting and scheduling)
Must hold a valid UAE driving license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
