Position Overview:
Saraya Marketing Management is conducting walk-in interviews to hire Tele sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Deira. The Business Development Executives will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products or services over the phone. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and sales objections.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell our products/services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate information about our products/services to potential customers.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and objections professionally and effectively.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner.
Update and maintain customer information and sales records in the database.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to address customer needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma; degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
