Job Responsibilities
Safely operate the company vehicle to transport the CEO to and from meetings, airport, business trip and other locations
Plan routes efficiently considering trafic, weather and road conditions to ensure punctual arrival
Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle, coordinating regular maintenance and inspections
Manage scheduling and logistics related to CEO's travel and transportation needs
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Ensure confidentiality and discretion concerning all aspects of the CEO's schedule and personal information
Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages as needed
Report any incidents, delays or vehicle issues promptly to the relevant department
Occasionally run errands or perform other duties as requested by the CEO
Job Qualifications:
Valid UAE driver's license with a clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably for senior executives
Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic laws
Punctual, reliable and able to manage time effectively
Professional appearance, good hygiene and courteous manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
Good communication skill
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations
Physical ability to assist with luggage or other tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
