The

Waitress (Female)

is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. She must maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient service while upholding the restaurant's standards of quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and make recommendations upon request. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-presented before and after guests are seated. Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and resolve any issues promptly. Process bills, accept payment (cash, credit, etc.), and return change accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including dining tables and stations. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with company policies. Support the team in restocking supplies and assisting with side duties as needed. Handle guest complaints politely and professionally, escalating to the supervisor if necessary. Uphold a positive image of the restaurant and provide attentive, courteous service at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a Waitress/Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a positive and friendly attitude. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Professional appearance and grooming standards. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
