Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the dining area to ensure high-quality service.
Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide training where necessary.
Welcome and interact with guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle reservations, special requests, and VIP guest arrangements.
Enforce hygiene, safety, and grooming standards for the service team.
Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Report directly to the Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager.
Preferred Background
Experience in fine dining, casual dining, or luxury hospitality environment.
Knowledge of local and international cuisines.
Customer service certifications or hospitality training (preferred but not mandatory).
