Job Title: Waiter/ Waitress
Reporting Lines: Supervisor/ Asst. Rest. Manager/ Restaurant Manager Division: FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Department: Front of the House
Role Purpose
The waiter is responsible of taking orders and guiding runner while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Arrange table set-ups, Clean chairs and tables, stock stations in assign area before and after each customer according to the brand\xe2\x80\x99s set standards
\xef\x82\xb7 Present customers upon arrival with the menu, assist in their item selection, , take orders and serve food in a timely manner, change cutleries if needed
\xef\x82\xb7 Communicate efficiently with the kitchen staff and barista to guarantee customer satisfaction and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations
\xef\x82\xb7 Make sure the staff is providing a friendly, professional and timely service at all times and report immediately any discrepancies/customer complaints to the Manager on duty
\xef\x82\xb7 Collect bill payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier Job Type: Full-time Salary: From KD250.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
