We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented

Waiter

to join the team at our high-end, exclusive cafe located in a prime area of Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in creating an exceptional and memorable dining experience for our discerning clientele, focusing on personalized attention, impeccable presentation, and deep knowledge of our premium offerings. This role requires a commitment to the highest standards of hospitality and an ambassadorial approach to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly and professionally greet and seat guests, managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently while maintaining a sophisticated demeanor. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all cafe products, including premium coffees, specialty teas, pastries, light fare, and any seasonal features, to confidently make recommendations. Accurately and promptly take food and beverage orders, utilizing the Point-of-Sale (POS) system precisely. Serve all orders with grace and precision, adhering strictly to established luxury service standards and presentation guidelines. Continuously monitor and manage table cleanliness, clearing used tableware discreetly and replacing necessary items (e.g., sugar, creamers) promptly. Anticipate guest needs, address special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions) with care, and resolve any service issues courteously and effectively. Skillfully suggest premium items, pairings, and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase average check value. Process payment transactions (cash, credit card) accurately and securely, handling end-of-shift reconciliation as required. Adhere to all Saudi Arabian health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring the service area, equipment, and personal presentation are immaculate at all times.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a waiter or server, preferably within a 5-star hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or luxury cafe environment. Professional fluency in

English

is mandatory; proficiency in

Arabic

is a significant advantage but not required Demonstrable excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional appearance and mannerism suitable for a luxury setting. Exceptional focus on detail, cleanliness, and the ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy under pressure. Must currently possess a valid residency visa in Saudi Arabia (Iqama) or be eligible for immediate transfer/sponsorship.
