: The

Luxury Cafe Brand Ambassador / Guest Relations Officer

is the welcoming face and voice of our premium cafe brand in Riyadh. This role is crucial for creating an exceptional and memorable guest experience, ensuring service standards reflect the brand's luxury positioning, and cultivating a loyal customer base. The ideal candidate embodies sophistication, possesses impeccable communication skills, and is deeply familiar with high-end hospitality practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience Management:

Warmly welcome all guests upon arrival and manage the flow of seating, especially during peak hours. Proactively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns with grace, and anticipate their needs. Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest profiles to personalize future visits.

Brand Advocacy & Image:

Serve as the primary role model for the brand's luxury ethos, ensuring a polished and professional personal presentation at all times. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, coffee offerings, and brand history to effectively communicate the cafe's value proposition. Actively promote special events, new menu items, and loyalty programs to guests.

Operational Support:

Liaise closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless delivery and timely service. Handle all incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries professionally. Collect guest feedback and report insights to management for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

Proven experience (2+ years) in a guest-facing role within the luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium retail sector.

Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in

both English and Arabic

(essential).

Presentation:

Impeccable professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a high-end brand standard.

Location:

Based in Riyadh, with knowledge of local luxury trends and cultural nuances.
