Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing outstanding customer service at all times.
• Assist guests in menu selection, offering recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality meet the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s high standards.
• Anticipate guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and properly set up before each service.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Handle guest payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service principles, including etiquette and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
