We are looking for a Senior Fine Dining Professional to join this luxury Resort property and oversee all the fine dining venues and look after all VIP F&B requirements.
We are really wanting the best of the best \xe2\x80\x93 you will be overseeing all the fine dining concepts, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered, ensuring guests have truly memorable dining experiences, mentoring staff and staying on trend.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
- Degree or equal in Hospitality management
- Fine dining restaurant background essential for this role \xe2\x80\x93 Michelin experience preferred
- Positive, engaging and energetic personality \xe2\x80\x93 the face of the place
- Very high attention to detail
- Sensitive to cultural nuances
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment and really anticipate guests needs
- Up-to-date with current trends and must have a genuine passion for all aspects of F&B
- Able to manage, inspire and lead a multi-cultural team of staff
- Multi-lingual individuals preferred
