As a Waiter at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, you will be the face of our dining service, creating personalized moments for guests in an elegant, family-friendly resort environment. What You'll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout the meal
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and confidently recommend food and beverage pairings
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Handle guest inquiries, dietary requests, and complaints with discretion and care
• Manage table settings and maintain cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere in the dining area
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments efficiently
• Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences that reflect Jumeirah's luxury standards

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar waiter/waitress role, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Team player with a keen eye for detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
