Job Overview - Guest Service and Restaurant Operations
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across various outlets within the hotel. You'll provide courteous and efficient service, assist in food and drink recommendations, and ensure cleanliness and organization at your station. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role with opportunities to work in multiple departments and develop core service skills.
What You'll Do

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand the full food and beverage menu, and recommend pairings or upsell alternatives
• Ensure that dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked before and after service
• Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism or escalate when necessary
• Follow opening and closing procedures of your station or assigned area
• Rotate between different F&B outlets based on operational requirements
• Monitor inventory and minimize wastage of supplies and equipment
• Assist with equipment inventory and stock counts as needed
• Maintain proper grooming, uniform standards, and personal hygiene
• Support colleagues and cooperate with other hotel departments
• Adhere to hotel rules, fire safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP regulations
• Participate in scheduled training and performance review sessions

Ideal Profile - Hospitality-Driven and Guest-Oriented

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training preferred
• 0-1 year experience in a hotel food and beverage environment; freshers welcome
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible and willing to support other areas within F&B as needed
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to high service standards
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and basic food safety procedures
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended shifts
