Responsibilities:Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables.Present menus and offer detailed information about menu items when asked (e.g., ingredients, specials).Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Process payments using POS systems or handle cash transactions.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.Reset tables and prepare the dining area for the next guests.Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.Required SkillsPrevious experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and good memory.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.Basic math skills for handling payments.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
