Waiter
Job Summary:
The Waiter is responsible for providing an excellent dining experience by offering attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests in the hotel's restaurant(s) and/or bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present checks, process payments.
- Maintain a clean and well-set section, including table setup and clearing.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
