- Manage the procurement of goods and services essential for the school's operation, ensuring all purchases are cost-effective, timely, and compliant with school policies.
- Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery, for school supplies, equipment, and services.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery
- Oversee inventory management for stationery and classroom resources to ensure that the school has adequate stock of essential supplies and equipment
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within an educational setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
