- Start Date: Immediate
- Perform end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Handle general ledger reconciliations, including bank, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts as part of the month-end and year-end financial process.
- Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, investigating outstanding items and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required).
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, with strong knowledge of accounting practices.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
