Our client is seeking a dynamic VP of Marketing who will undertake the development and execution of a comprehensive global marketing strategy, emphasizing demand generation, ABM, content strategy, brand building, and PR. This role involves overseeing regional campaigns, setting strategic goals, budgeting, managing a high-performing team, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a global marketing strategy to promote products and services.

- Collaborate with regional teams to align marketing efforts with sales pipeline goals.

- Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, measuring their impact.

- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, visual standards, and targeted messaging.

- Deploy account-based marketing activities to expand our presence in named accounts.

- Manage the global marketing budget, focusing on sales pipeline impact.

- Lead content strategy and development, including case studies, white papers, and press releases.

- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, ensuring effective coordination.

Requirements

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.

- Strong knowledge of brand marketing, PR, content management, digital, and performance marketing.

- Proven track record of team and budget management, with excellent project management skills.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data.

- Ability to build relationships, navigate matrix environments, and lead high-performing teams.

- Strategic thinker, problem solver, and adaptable to change.
