Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Dubai and Ras al Khaimah.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to the sales team.
Accountable for achieving residential sales targets received from specified properties
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners.
Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our real estate projects, including features, benefits, and unique selling points, to effectively communicate and close sales.
Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes and maximize profitability.
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actions for improvement.
Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control
Continuously improve the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Year-on-year sales revenues growth
Sales efficiency (# of units sold / sales FTEs)
Average sales price per meter square
Customer satisfaction (NPS or equivalent)

Related Years of Experience:
Min of 10+ years of experience in residential sales generating 2 to 4 Bn AED of sales profits per annum \xe2\x80\x93 track record is essential
Technical and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to extract best prices from buyer
Highly personable and outgoing personality to form relationships with potential buyers
Ability to multi-task demanding unit viewing schedule with sales execution activities
Strong communication, presentation and networking skills required to generate sufficient and genuine
interest for land in the market
Fluent in both Arabic and English, other languages desirable
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or economics
MBA preferred but not required
