Job Description

Regional Sales Director - META Location: UAE Salary Expectations: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum OTE plus stock options, allowances, great benefits including 401k and healthcare and amazing accelerators ( Up to 20% accelerators) My client is a High Growth, Series C funded, Pre-IPO CyberSecurity vendor with strong backing. They have one of the best products on the market which has led them to triple in value year on year and all of their sales team hit or exceeded quota last year. One of their VCs that backs them even said that they reckon they could be the next Crowdstrike - they are currently a Market Leader in their area of Security. They had their first sales person in EMEA earlier this year and since then they have received so man inbounds within the Middle East region, they are now looking for someone to be the first sales person for the META region. You would build the channel from scratch and bring on partners to sell through and start to build a client base. You would be hunting Enterprise new logos across the META region. You would get pre sales and SDR support from the UK for the short term but then you would be able to hire a team around you in the Middle East so it has amazing career progression. Responsibilities:
  • Develop deal pipelines from a combination of outbound sales prospecting and inbound leads supported by the Marketing and SDR teams
  • Build channel partner relationships from scratch and manage the relationships to maximise revenue
  • Hunting Enterprise new logos across the region
  • Develops measurable strategies, tactics, and implementations for increasing customer onboarding
  • Create a trusted relationship with key customers and engage with them in the early stages of defining our products
  • Work with each customer and aid them in achieving their security goals together
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and help define the product roadmap
  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, show that you are hungry for more
  • Create and present to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience working for a CyberSecurity StartUp experience
  • Experience selling to Enterprise new logos and building the channel ecosystem from scratch
  • Experience as a hunter targeting Enterprise new logos across the Middle East
  • Experience being the first sales person on the ground for the Middle Eastern region
  • A Bubbly and Ambitious Drive
