Job Details

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Lead and optimize the MarTech ecosystem including CRM, automation, and analytics
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns aligned to enrolment KPIs and ROI targets
• Manage product marketing across digital platforms such as apps, websites, portals, and CRM systems
• Collaborate with brand, PR, and creative teams to deliver integrated digital-first campaigns
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting of all digital activities
• Pilot innovative digital tools, channels, and formats to drive engagement and enrolments
• Partner with technology providers and agencies to maximize performance and value delivery
• Build frameworks and playbooks to ensure consistent digital excellence across schools

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media
• 12-15 years of leadership experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or product marketing
• Proven record of delivering ROI-focused digital campaigns and digital product adoption
• Strong knowledge of CRM, automation tools, MarTech, and analytics platforms
• Expertise in performance marketing and digital product management for apps, websites, and portals
• Strong data analysis skills to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Collaborative leader with ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage large teams
• Future-focused mindset with knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies
