Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the redesign and reimagination of client service journeys to ensure they are client-centric, efficient, scalable, and risk-controlled
  • Drive end-to-end process optimization, automation, and service engineering initiatives across client service functions
  • Ensure effective delivery and scalability of redesigned service journeys by coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Monitor, track, and report performance against key KPIs related to customer experience, scalability, and risk
  • Engage senior stakeholders across business and support functions to align on service priorities and transformation goals
  • Act as a change leader, promoting agile delivery, continuous improvement, and a culture of innovation
  • Apply structured change management approaches to support adoption and sustainability of new service models
  • Identify and pilot opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and AI-driven service enhancements
  • Contribute to the development and adoption of standardized toolkits, playbooks, frameworks, and best practices for consistent service delivery
  • Prepare and present progress updates, risk assessments, and key decisions to senior management and executive governance forums
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline
  • Significant experience leading large-scale service transformation, process reengineering, or operational change initiatives
  • Strong background in program management within banking or financial services environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience driving automation, efficiency improvement, and client service optimization
  • Familiarity with structured change management methodologies considered an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
