Parfums Christian Dior Orient Travel Retail is looking for a
VM & Project Management Trainee
to join the Middle East regional team, based in Dubai. The scope covers the Middle East, Africa, and India regions.
Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Executive, the trainee will support the department with day-to-day tasks gaining hands-on experience in luxury beauty. The trainee will also play a key role in organizing a global seminar and supporting various tasks for the training department, offering diverse learning opportunities.

YOUR MISSION ____________
Your role requires efficient communication and project management. Your main assignments will be focused on:
Visual Merchandising (40%)
Order, manage and share VM guidelines:
+ Oversee the procurement, management, and distribution of key Visual Merchandising assets, including visuals, movies & content creation materials.
+ Assist in implementing VM guidelines across stores and counters
+ Support seasonal campaign roll outs, new product launches and in-store animations
+ Regular weekly meetings with reporting line and VM team to ensure information flow and that projects are on track. Maintain the VM database:
+ Ensure up - to - date tracking and organization of the latest information on all our point of sales for the regional database.
+ Maintain VM archives, planograms and documentation (VM database/ campaign implementation before and after) Projects roll out:
+ Support the roll out store openings, renovations, refits.
+ Coordinate with suppliers, contractors to manage project timelines and budget.
+ Help prepare project presentations and internal reporting
Ensure alignment between VM, marketing, retail and operations team.

Project Management (40%)
Work closely with the teams and an agency to support on the organization of an international seminar ensuring that the project respects the requirements and timeline.
Coordinate with the agency to manage and assist in creation and validation of content in line with brand guidelines and set deadlines.
Build strong relationships with regional teams to ensure alignment from the different brands of the LVMH Beauty portfolio.
Training (20%)
Support the creation, validation, and distribution of training materials and events in line with brand guidelines, working closely with the training department.
Communicate with participants to assist with the training sessions, coordinate on the afterwork and ensure everything is going smoothly

First experience in Project Management or VM
