Virtual Recruiters

to help us match talented beauty professionals with life-changing international opportunities. If you have recruitment experience, speak Arabic and English fluently, and value flexibility in your workday -- this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do:

Proactively source and screen candidates in the beauty industry (nail technicians, hair stylists, spa therapists, beauticians, and more). Conduct warm, professional virtual interviews in both Arabic and English. Support candidates through all steps of the recruitment process -- from paperwork and medicals to embassy preparation. Keep candidate pipelines organized and share regular updates with the recruitment team. Build meaningful connections with candidates and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has experience in recruitment (ideally in beauty, hospitality, or service sectors). Communicates clearly and confidently in both Arabic and English. Knows how to source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. Understands international recruitment procedures (visa, medical, embassy documentation). Is self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.
