Role Overview:




We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Business Supplies and Equipment industry. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and enhancing overall productivity. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong organizational skill set and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the team as well as with clients.


Responsibilities:




Handle inbound and outbound communications, including emails, calls, and inquiries. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar management for team members. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents. Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of business supplies and equipment. Maintain and update databases and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality. Support project coordination and follow up on action items to meet deadlines. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, expense tracking, and order processing. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:




Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (US). Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.). Familiarity with inventory management or procurement processes is a plus. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administration or related fields are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: AED 6,000.00 - AED 6,500.00 per month
