Overview
Elevated, late-night, entertainment, dining & lounge environment seeking a
VIP-focused waitress
to host, liaise, and curate bespoke experiences for high-spend tables. Join one of the top hospitality companies operating in the Middle East. Fluency in English and one other European language required.Key Responsibilities
Own VIP reservation journey from confirmation to farewell Guide guests through signature dishes and premium beverage options; maximize average check through tailored upsells Coordinate with security, door, bar, and floor teams for seamless guest flow Maintain meticulous guest notes to strengthen loyalty and repeat visitation Uphold grooming and brand presentation standards in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
1-2 years' experience as a VIP Waitress in luxury venues Demonstrated upselling, guest-relations, and complaint-resolution skills Fluent English; additional European language required Strong product knowledge (food, premium spirits, Champagne) Impeccable grooming and poise
