Position Overview
Jumeirah Beach Hotel, one of Dubai's most iconic luxury destinations, is hiring a Senior Waiter/Waitress for its Nuska team. This seasonal role offers the opportunity to work in a world-class hospitality environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests from across the globe.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and seat guests, providing attentive and professional service throughout their visit.
• Answer menu-related inquiries, explaining ingredients, preparation methods, and allergy information.
• Present daily specials and promotions, recommend food and beverage options, and take accurate orders.
• Handle cashiering duties using the MICROS system and process various payment methods.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage guest feedback and assist with inquiries, upholding Jumeirah's service excellence at all times.

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end restaurant/beach club.
• Strong F and B background and knowledge of hospitality service standards.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian or European languages are an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, MICROS, and Sevenrooms systems.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment with strong communication skills.
