Key Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests in line with brand standards. Manage VIP reservations and ensure seamless guest flow. Deliver tailored guest experiences with a personal touch. Lead and coordinate the hostess team to uphold service excellence. Collaborate with floor, bar, and security teams to ensure smooth operations. Record guest preferences to foster loyalty and repeat business. Maintain impeccable grooming and professional presentation at all times.

Qualifications

3-5 years' experience in high-end fine dining or luxury hospitality. 1 year experience as a Head Hostess or 3-5 years as a Hostess and ready to step up Fluent in English and Russian. Proven leadership and guest-relations skills. Strong ability to manage high-volume service. Polished, professional appearance.

Compensation & Benefits

AED 10,000/month (tax-free). Eligible for tips (seasonal monthly expectation AED 2,000-3,000). Annual flight ticket. Full medical, life, and unemployment insurance. Global staff discount of 25-30%. Live-out arrangement.
