We are hiring

12 Villa Attendants / Housekeepers

to join a luxury island resort in the Maldives. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, previous resort experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest villas to luxury standards Deliver personalized and professional service to guests Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering departments Replenish villa amenities and ensure rooms are guest-ready Assist with luggage and support guest arrival/departure Follow resort policies for privacy, hygiene, and service excellence

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role at a

luxury resort

Excellent communication and guest-handling skills Strong eye for detail and cleanliness Professional appearance and conduct Willingness to relocate and work full-time in the Maldives Team-oriented with a proactive work attitude
