JOB SUMMARY:

Air Power business environment:

Current and upcoming activities of Air Power in UAE would include:

Through Life Support with GAL to support three (3) A330 Multi-Role Tanker Transport Aircraft (MRTT) operated by UAE AFAD

Through Life Support with GAL to support seven (7) C295 operated by UAE AFAD.

Entry into service of additional two (2) A330-MRTTs.

Retrofit of the current A330-MRTT fleet

Upgrade program for C295 fleet

Training contracts

Offset projects (i.e.Training Centre and MRO center), in response to the obligations derived from above contracts.

Current and upcoming activities of Air Power in KSA would include:

Full support (Maintenance, training, engineering, CAMO, supply management, GSEs management) to six (6) A330 Multi-Role Tanker Transport Aircraft (MRTT) operated by RSAF.

Full support to four (4) C295 Mission Patrol Aircraft (MPA) operated by PSS.

Entry into service of additional four (4) additional A330-MRTTs.

Retrofit of the current A330-MRTT fleet

Industrialization transfer to the Kingdom, in response to the obligations derived from above contracts.

Additionally, Air Power created in KSA a Joint Venture with the local industrial holding (SAMI) to run the contracts and the operation.

The jobholder will be part of the Program Management Organization, which is in charge to support above scope.

In this role, jobholder expertise should match to cope with following tasks:

Ensure end-to-end contractual services delivery (OT-OC-OQ).

Contribute to customer satisfaction.

Assure profitability as per approved P&L, mastering adequate Service models and solutions.

Contribute to Air Power growth strategy in UAE and KSA

Contribute to develop local industry in accordance to the industrialization strategy in UAE.

Contribute and support the Airbus content of the contracts awarded to SAAMS (Airbus Joint Venture)

LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively participation in internal meetings and meetings with Customer.

MoM preparation and action items follow up.

Official Customer Communications Management.

Preparation and delivery to the Customer of Contractual Monthly Reports.

Support BCRs, bidding processes (RMCs) and follow-up approval gates.

Support services sales campaigns.

Preparing and creating shopping carts in SAP for external services.

Contractual deliverables control and contractual evidences collection.

Preparation and consolidation of bi-yearly Program Management Review presentation.

Preparation of internal Program Management Review presentation with CoCs.

Preparation and reporting of KPIs according to program needs.

Support to SAMI- AIRBUS JV

Perform Invoicing Management and Payments Monitoring with customer.

Support the Operations Department to achieve the contractual and real performance.

Support the Offset / Industrial Participation strategy.

Support PO approval and signature.

Support the Contractual documents development.

Support Cost Control and Contract Monitoring.

Support the preparation of yearly budgetary exercises (OP, FC).

Support the Risk & Opportunity Management.

Les activites actuelles et futures d'Air Power aux Emirats arabes unis comprennent :

Le maintien en condition operationnelle (MCO) avec GAL pour la maintenance de trois (3) avions ravitailleurs-transporteurs multiroles A330 (MRTT) exploites par l'AFAD des Emirats arabes unis.

Le maintien en condition operationnelle (MCO) avec GAL pour la maintenance de sept (7) C295 exploites par l'AFAD des Emirats arabes unis

La mise en service de deux (2) A330-MRTT supplementaires

La modernisation de la flotte actuelle d'A330-MRTT

Le programme de modernisation de la flotte de C295

Les contrats de formation

Les projets de compensation (centre de formation et centre de maintenance et reparation) en reponse aux obligations decoulant des contrats susmentionnes.

Les activites actuelles et futures d'Air Power en Arabie saoudite comprennent :

Soutien complet (maintenance, formation, ingenierie, CAMO, gestion des approvisionnements et des equipements de soutien au sol) pour six (6) avions ravitailleurs multiroles A330 (MRTT) exploites par la RSAF.

Soutien complet pour quatre (4) avions de patrouille de mission C295 (MPA) exploites par PSS.

Mise en service de quatre (4) A330-MRTT supplementaires.

Renovation de la flotte actuelle d'A330-MRTT.

Transfert d'industrialisation au Royaume, conformement aux obligations decoulant des contrats susmentionnes.

Par ailleurs, Air Power a cree en Arabie saoudite une coentreprise avec le holding industriel local (SAMI) pour gerer les contrats et l'exploitation.

Le titulaire du poste fera partie de l'organisation de gestion du programme, chargee de soutenir le perimetre susmentionne.

A ce titre, l'expertise du titulaire du poste devra lui permettre d'assumer les taches suivantes :

Assurer la prestation de services contractuels de bout en bout (OT-OC-OQ).

Contribuer a la satisfaction client.

Assurer la rentabilite conformement au compte de resultat approuve, en maitrisant les modeles et solutions de services adequats.

Contribuer a la strategie de croissance de la puissance aerienne aux Emirats arabes unis et en Arabie saoudite.

Contribuer au developpement de l'industrie locale conformement a la strategie d'industrialisation des Emirats arabes unis.

Contribuer et soutenir le contenu Airbus des contrats attribues a SAAMS (Joint Venture Airbus).

PROFIL RECHERCHE :

Ingenieur diplome, vous justifiez d'au moins un an d'experience en tant que charge de gestion de programmes, ce qui vous a permis d'acquerir des connaissances en :

Vous etes reconnu pour votre capacite a convaincre et a influencer, ainsi que pour votre esprit d'equipe.

Preparation et consolidation de la presentation semestrielle de la Revue de Gestion de Programme.

Preparation de la presentation interne de la Revue de Gestion de Programme avec les CoC.

Preparation et reporting des indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) selon les besoins du programme.

Soutien a la coentreprise SAMI-AIRBUS

Gestion de la facturation et suivi des paiements avec le client.

Soutien au departement des operations pour atteindre les performances contractuelles et reelles.

Soutien a la strategie de compensation et de participation industrielle.

Soutien a l'approbation et a la signature des bons de commande.

Soutien a l'elaboration des documents contractuels.
