Dior is seeking a motivated and skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our Regional E-Business team in Dubai, supporting our continued e-commerce acceleration. In this VIE position, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing Dior.com across key markets in the region, ensuring a cohesive and elevated online experience that aligns with global brand standards while remaining relevant to our local audiences.
Your Impact:
Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for content management, website maintenance, performance monitoring, and collaboration on regional digital marketing initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced and international environment.
Job responsibilities
Content Management
: Manage the timelines and coordination of product launches and promotional campaigns on the website, working closely with headquarter and local marketing teams.
Webmastering and E-Merchandising
: Responsible for the content contribution on the CMS ensuring it aligns with global brand standards and resonates with local market calendars and specificities. Analyze website data to identify top-selling products and cross-selling opportunities with an ambition to optimize the conversion and enhance the customer experience.
Regional Promotions Implementation
: Implement regional promotions and offers (GWP, CRM activations etc) on the website, ensuring alignment with local marketing strategies.
SEO Optimizations
: Work closely with our SEO agency to enhance our SEO strategy and optimize our online content to improve our organic traffic.
Content Localization:
Coordinate the translations process with HQ, local agency and local teams. Ensure proper localization of contents and contribution on the platform in Arabic.
Coordination of New Features Development:
Follow up with HQ's roadmap to keep track of the progression of the development of new features and websites bugs. Collaborate with HQ on the integration of new website functionalities, providing feedback on regional needs and ensuring smooth implementation.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Transform website analytics into compelling reports for regional management, highlighting key trends and opportunities to optimize website performance and enhance the overall user experience.

Profile
Hard Skills:
Master's degree in computer science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in website management and content creation. Experience of using Salesforce Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) is a plus
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join Dior's E-Business team in the Middle East, a region experiencing rapid e-commerce growth impacting local clients shopping behavior. As the E-Commerce Specialist, you will concentrate your efforts on the top three countries within the region (UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar), playing a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the online presence of Dior within these flagship markets and hence contribute to Dior success in this strategic area.
This position requires full engagement and efficient communication across both the Headquarters teams based in Paris, the regional teams based in Dubai (Marketing, Media, CRM Logistic, Finance, PR) and the local markets to align on the strategy and implementation.
