We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
E-commerce Specialist
with extensive experience in managing online platforms such as
Noon, Amazon,
and other leading e-commerce marketplaces in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product listings, driving sales, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple online platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with in-depth knowledge of the UAE's e-commerce ecosystem to join a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on
Noon, Amazon, Mumzworld,
and other major UAE-based e-commerce platforms.
Develop and execute strategies to improve product visibility, SEO ranking, and conversion rates across various online marketplaces.
Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements, promotions, and discounts on platforms like
Noon Ads, Amazon Ads
, etc.
Track and analyze competitor performance, identify new opportunities, and implement strategies for market penetration.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, inventory, content) to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
Conduct regular audits of listings, ensure accurate product information, and resolve any issues related to listings, stock levels, or customer queries.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and platform-specific policies to ensure compliance and leverage platform features effectively.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and overall performance on these platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience
managing e-commerce platforms like
Noon, Amazon, Mumzworld
, or similar platforms in the UAE market.
Strong understanding of online sales strategies, digital marketing, and platform-specific tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Center).
UAE-based experience is essential
- candidates with prior experience working in the UAE e-commerce sector only will be considered.
Knowledge of e-commerce SEO best practices and digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Amazon PPC, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other regional marketplaces (Carrefour, Sharaf DG, etc.).
Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM tools.
Knowledge of product photography and content optimization for online platforms.
