Expected qualifications:
Master\'s Degree or Engineering Degree in ESG and Sustainability Risk Management or Environmental and Social Engineering.
1-3 years experience.
Technical skills:
Knowledge of ESG and Sustainability Risk Management.
Knowledge of environmental and Social Engineering.
Competences in HSE management system.
Computing skills:
Knowledge of PackOffice.
Languages:
English: C1.
French: B2.
Arabic would be plus.

As an ESG Engineer, your missions will be the following:
H3SE, ESG and Sustainability Reporting :
Be the focal point for monthly/annual H3SE projects reporting consolidation at MEA perimeter
Be the focal point for monthly/annual ESG, Sustainab\'ALL projects reporting consolidation at MEA perimeter
Promote ESG and Sustainability matters within projects and MEA hub
Environmental and Social Engineering (in close collaboration with Renewables E&S team) :
Support to perform environmental and social screening of projects at early stage of development or due diligence
Support for the monitoring of consultants and the production of Environment and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and other E&S studies for projects
Support to monitor projects environmental and social mitigation measures implementation during construction and O&M phases
Support to ensure project compliance with IFC performance standards, during development phase, construction and O&M phases
H3SE Methods :
Contibute to the monitoring of various project H3SE action plans and compliance to relevant H3SE legislation and statutory requirements
Support projects to comply with ISO 14001/45001/50001 requirements
Contribute to the monitoring of MEA annual H3SE Roadmap and action plans
Support to various H3SE activities and campaigns (World Day for Safety, Environmental Day, Contractor HSE Forum, etc)
