As a CSR Coordinator your missions will be:

As a CSR Coordinator your missions will be:
Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and action plans:
- Participate in shaping, defining, and implementing appropriate strategy of Stakeholder Engagement and more specifically Community Engagement, based on a detailed stakeholder mapping for TotalEnergies Operations in Abu Dhabi in coordination with the HSE manager and other entities;
- Contribute to build the Social Impact Assessment and Community Engagement Plan;
- Maintain the Community Engagement Plan up to date;
- Work closely with TotalEnergies UAE Community Liaison Officer in order to participate in the updates of TotalEnergies UAE Grievances Procedure;
- Develop communication tools and key messages to ensure stakeholders are consistently informed in the language they understand on the operational activities;
- Ensure a continuous dialogue with key local stakeholders, organizes workshops when necessary to discuss collectively stakeholder mapping, strategy and all other pertinent subjects;
Reporting:
- Maintain a record of all stakeholder engagements, stakeholder concerns and expectations, stakeholder grievances and follows-up on commitments;
Corporate Social Responsibility:
- Collaborate with all the CSR department's stakeholders: partners, local authorities, and communities;
- Develop and implement tools to evaluate and measure the level of impact of the activities implemented by the department throughout the United Arab Emirates;
- Support the development and implementation of CSR content;
- Exchange with other departments internally and externally to ensure the good communication of the CSR department's activities;
- Develop the employees engagement program in the UAE.

Master Degree in Environment and Societal matters
Technical skills:
Good understanding and curiosity fo the oil & gas industry, energetic mix and environmental challenges
Computing skills:
Knowledge of PackOffice
Languages:
