You will join the Financial Control team of TotalEnergies E&P UAE. Your position will focus on the preparation and follow-up of the non-operated activity of the Affiliate (Reporting/Budget).

You will join the Financial Control team of TotalEnergies E&P UAE. Your position will focus on the preparation and follow-up of the non-operated activity of the Affiliate (Reporting/Budget).
Your missions will be:
- Prepare the monthly reporting, the budget and forecasts (PDC) of selected TotalEnergies E&P UAE entities in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the Company standards;
- Perform variance analysis of Production & Prices, Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement;
- Contribute to the monthly Reporting memo & KPI presentation prepared for the Top Management;
- Contribute to the preparation of the Affiliate annual budget presentation;
- Perform the quarterly reconciliation between accounting (CAP) and reporting (Galaxy);
- Co-operate with Long-Term Plan team to ensure understanding of figures and accounting treatment;
- Attend workshops and Financial Committees of the Operating Companies as an observer;
- Perform, evidence and document all assigned SOX controls;
- Assist Accounting during external auditors quarterly/annual audit;
- Prepare any ad-hoc reporting or presentation to the Management or the Assets managers when necessary.

Knowlegde of Business Finance
