Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Videographer

to join our healthcare team in Nauru. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing impactful video content that highlights medical services, training, and community outreach. Your work will help raise awareness, enhance education, and showcase the impact of our healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, film, and edit video projects showcasing healthcare services, training sessions, and community engagement. Collaborate with medical staff and program managers to tell meaningful stories. Handle sensitive patient and community footage with confidentiality and cultural respect. Manage and maintain video equipment and media library. Adapt video content for various platforms: educational, promotional, and internal use.

Requirements

Proven experience in videography, including shooting and editing. Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Strong storytelling skills with cultural awareness and attention to detail. Willingness and ability to live and work on-site in Nauru. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a cross-cultural, resource-limited environment.

Desirable

Experience in healthcare, public health, or development projects. Skills in photography or graphic design. Familiarity with Pacific Island cultures.
