Responsibilities:
Create compelling video content, hooks, and concepts for social media and marketing campaigns.
Capture high-quality footage for real estate listings, lifestyle, and promotional videos.
Edit videos with attention to storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.
Stay updated with the latest trends, editing styles, and social media formats.
Provide creative inputs and ideas to enhance content quality and audience engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals.
Work in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely submission of projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in videography and video editing (real estate experience preferred).
Strong understanding of social media content creation for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output consistently.
