We are looking for a

Senior Videographer cum Video Editor

who can conceptualise, film, and edit dynamic video content tailored for digital platforms. This role blends creativity, technical skill, and marketing understanding all aimed at visually communicating brand stories that resonate with our target audiences.

Role Overview

You'll own the

end-to-end video production process

from planning and shooting to post-production editing. You'll collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to create video content that builds engagement, supports campaigns, and elevates both Code Hive and Alawar Livestock's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality videos including product showcases, interviews, events, tutorials, and social content. Manage lighting, sound, camera setup, and on-site direction. Use personal camera and equipment for all shoots. Travel across the UAE (up to 50%) for filming assignments and events.

Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit raw footage into polished, visually compelling videos. Apply transitions, effects, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design. Export and optimize content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites, etc.).

Creative Strategy

Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to produce video concepts aligned with campaign goals. Contribute to content planning and creative direction. Stay up to date with video trends, industry standards, and social media formats.

Content Creation for Social Media

Tailor video content for platform-specific formats and audiences. Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for future video content. Stay on top of algorithm updates and content best practices.

Asset & Workflow Management

Organize and manage media files and edit projects for easy access and team use. Maintain brand consistency and uphold visual identity standards in all outputs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film Production, or related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in videography and video editing. Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop

. Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, detail, and pacing. Must be a

native Arabic speaker

with fluency in English. Hands-on experience with lighting, sound, and video production. Strong understanding of social media video trends and engagement formats. Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is a plus.

Must own personal camera and video production equipment.

UAE driving license and own car is required.
