Job Description

You will be capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. This role requires experience in video production, creativity, and technical skills to bring concepts to life in alignment with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production and Filming

Plan, set up, and shoot video content for projects, including interviews, promotional videos, and event coverage. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high-quality footage in diverse settings and lighting conditions.

Video Editing and Post-Production

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that meet creative direction and project objectives. Apply transitions, animations, and special effects, and adjust audio levels to create professional-grade content. Ensure videos are optimized for different digital platforms, adhering to platform-specific requirements and aspect ratios.

Creative Direction and Concept Development

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and execute video concepts, aligning with brand aesthetics and campaign goals. Contribute innovative ideas to improve storytelling, visual appeal, and audience engagement in video content.

Content Management and Organization

Organize and manage media files, including video footage, audio, graphics, and project files. Maintain backups of all video content and archive footage for future use.

Quality Assurance and Feedback

Review and revise video edits based on team feedback, ensuring high-quality production standards. Stay updated with trends in videography, editing software, and post-production techniques to continuously enhance video quality.

Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years of videography and video editing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software; expertise in camera operation and lighting techniques.

Knowledge:

Understanding of video formats, codecs, color grading, and audio editing for digital platforms.

Attributes:

Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
