Job Purpose:
To install, operate and maintain outside broadcast video equipment and systems used during outside broadcast events, ensuring smooth production daily, ensuring smooth production daily while ensuring compliance with the internal policies, procedures, and standards of client's as well as Guidelines related to laws and regulations in the UAE.

Operational Tasks
. Assist in providing technical support for video systems and equipment in outside broadcast, in cooperation with the outside broadcast video team, and as directed by the direct manager to ensure smooth daily production.
. Perform installation and re-installation tasks of equipment and wiring, such as connecting, extending, and installing video tools, to implement the requirements.
. Install, load, and unload video equipment to and from outside broadcast truck or other means of transport.
. Perform primary and periodic testing, maintaining, and repairing outside broadcast video systems and equipment to always ensure proper operation.
. Carry out preventive and primary maintenance tasks and troubleshooting for outside broadcast video equipment and systems as needed.
. Repair equipment either at the base or send it to a workshop to ensure that operations are not interrupted.
. Communicate with the site engineer to solve problems and issues related to signals, outside broadcast video equipment, etc.
. Coordinate with operations, production, and news departments to cover daily outside broadcast events
. Drive the company vehicle or generators to the work site upon request.
