We are looking for a Video Creator for Ads who will actively produce video content and collaborate closely with our SEO lead and content team. The Video Creator is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing high-quality video advertisements tailored for various platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube, display ads, TV, and digital campaigns). This role combines creative storytelling with a strong understanding of marketing strategy and performance-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production & Editing
Plan, and edit engaging video content optimized for advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
Edit footage, add motion graphics, text overlays, animations, and sound design to enhance ad performance.
2. Creative Concept Development
Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm ad concepts and campaign ideas.
Translate campaign briefs into visually compelling storyboards and scripts.
Propose innovative ideas to boost engagement and conversion rates.
3. Optimization & Performance
Adapt videos for different ad formats, durations, and aspect ratios (e.g., 9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
Test variations of videos (A/B testing) to improve click-through and conversion rates.
Review analytics and performance data to refine creative strategies.
4. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with SEO and performance marketers to ensure messaging consistency.
Present creative concepts and drafts to stakeholders for feedback and revisions.
Manage project timelines and deliverables in coordination with the marketing calendar.
5. Technical & Quality Assurance
Stay updated on the latest video editing tools, advertising trends, and platform requirements.
Manage video assets, ensuring quality standards and proper file organization.
Handle lighting, sound, and production logistics when needed for shoots.
Qualifications
Required:
Proven experience in video creation or editing, preferably for digital ads or social media.
Strong understanding of ad formats and trends across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience in
