Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce creative video content for various platforms, including product tutorials, unboxings, skincare tips, brand storytelling, and customer testimonials. Develop a content strategy that aligns with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches. Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure video content supports overall brand goals and resonates with the target audience. Keep up with the latest trends in skincare, beauty, and video content creation to create fresh and relevant video ideas. Optimize videos for SEO, including titles, descriptions, and tags, to maximize reach and engagement across platforms. Maintain a consistent video publishing schedule across all platforms. Monitor the performance of videos (views, engagement, conversions) and analyze data to inform future video strategies. Engage with viewers by responding to comments and feedback on videos and social media platforms. Work with influencers and other content creators to collaborate on video content that enhances brand visibility. Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity, tone, and values.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video content creator, videographer, or similar role, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Strong understanding of video content for social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Experience with shooting and editing both short-form (Reels, TikToks) and long-form (YouTube, tutorials) videos. A creative eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail in editing. Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and the beauty industry is a plus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain concepts on camera in a clear and engaging manner. Ability to work independently and manage multiple video projects with deadlines. Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content is preferred. A passion for skincare, beauty, and content creation.
