Description:
A leading real estate company in Dubai is looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator & Digital Ads Specialist to join their team on-site. This role combines content creation with managing paid ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Produce engaging photo and video content for property listings and lifestyle campaigns
Design social media posts, stories, and ad creatives using Canva or Photoshop
Write compelling ad copies, captions, and messaging for campaigns
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics such as CPL, CTR, and conversions
Visit project sites to capture relevant content as needed
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and content creation tools
Strong understanding of social media trends and audience targeting
Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop)
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
