We're looking for a Video Content Producer, someone who's proactive, passionate about digital storytelling, and has a solid handle on what makes people stop scrolling.
What This Role Is All About
This isn't a job for someone who just wants to tick boxes. We want a video-first thinker who can take a scrappy idea and turn it into something scroll-worthy. You should be just as comfortable shooting BTS at a live event as you are storyboarding a social-first campaign video.Whether you're editing on CapCut, iMovie, or Premiere Pro, what matters most is your creative instinct and love for the craft. You'll be working across nuja's own content as well as a range of clients, from challenger brands to established names, helping shape the way they show up online.
What You'll Do
Plan, capture, and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Own the video content process from ideation to execution
Be on set (studio, events, client shoots) to film BTS, interviews, and campaign content
Edit video content using CapCut, iMovie, or Premiere Pro
Collaborate with the strategy and design teams to shape content narratives
Stay plugged into trends, formats, and content that performs
Organise footage, maintain a clean content library, and ensure videos are post-ready
What You Bring
Strong editing skills. CapCut/iMovie are a must, Premiere Pro and After Effects is a big plus
A sharp eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling
Experience creating content for social (especially reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Curiosity about AI tools like Runway, VEO, Firefly and how they can elevate storytelling
A love for content creation, pop culture, and internet trends
Ability to take initiative, pitch new ideas, and own your projects
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Prior agency / creative studio experience is a bonus
