Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Producer for Social Media is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content specifically for social media platforms. Their role focuses on engaging audiences, growing brand presence, and ensuring content aligns with marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation - Producing high-quality videos, graphics, and written posts for social media.

- Social Media Strategy - Developing content plans to enhance engagement and reach.

- Platform Management - Overseeing content distribution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Collaboration - Working with marketing, design, and video teams to create cohesive content.

- Editing & Proofreading - Ensuring content quality before publication.

- Trend Awareness - Staying updated with social media trends to create innovative content.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong writing and editing skills.

- Experience with social media marketing

- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and audience behavior.

- Creativity and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for storytelling and attention to detail.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and execute engaging content concepts. A Reels creator.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize social media strategies accordingly.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, works independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: Social Media & Content Management: 1-2 years (Required)

Location: Sharjah (Preferred)
