highly skilled and creative Senior Multimedia Content Producer

to lead our

videography, podcast production, and digital storytelling efforts

This role requires a

seasoned professional

with

extensive experience in podcast studio shoots, video content production, and professional videographic equipment

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating

high-quality video and multimedia content

, managing

end-to-end podcast production

, and ensuring

engaging brand storytelling

across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Video Production & Content Creation:

Produce, shoot, and edit

high-quality video content

for

marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns

. Manage

end-to-end podcast production

, from concept development to recording, editing, and publishing. Operate and maintain

professional videographic equipment

, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear. Develop

cinematic storytelling

techniques to enhance brand engagement across digital channels.

Podcast Studio Management:

Set up and manage

podcast recording sessions

, ensuring top-tier audio and video quality. Work closely with hosts and guests to create

engaging and insightful podcast episodes

. Edit and enhance podcast content, integrating

visual elements, branding, and post-production effects

.

Creative Content Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create a

comprehensive multimedia content strategy

. Brainstorm and develop

new podcast and video series concepts

that align with RSL's brand vision. Optimize content for various

platforms, including YouTube, social media, and corporate websites

.

Social Media & Brand Engagement:

Curate and publish

visually compelling multimedia content

to increase audience engagement. Implement

SEO and video marketing strategies

to boost brand visibility. Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies based on audience insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field

.

5+ years of experience in videography, content creation, and podcast production

.

Expertise in professional video and audio equipment

, including DSLRs, lighting kits, microphones, and editing software.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve

.

Strong experience in podcast editing and sound design

, with knowledge of platforms like Adobe Audition and Audacity.

Proven ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution

.

Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and content planning skills

. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a

fast-paced creative environment
